Opportunities to explore

One mission.
Clearer paths forward.

Help people understand Circle of Care, find support, and get involved.

01 / The opportunity

Make the whole story
easier to see.

Many programs. One mission. A more connected online experience can help people see both.

01

A shared story

Connect every program to Circle of Care’s Christian mission of help, healing, and hope.

02

A useful next step

Guide people to support, fostering, giving, or referrals—starting with their needs.

03

Consistent follow-through

Help inquiries reach the right staff and gifts lead to lasting relationships.

02 / Optional areas to explore

Three ways forward.

Consider one area or a combination. Each can become a focused project or part of ongoing support.

02 / Inquiries & donor care

Better connections and follow-up

Explore how existing forms and Bloomerang can support staff and relationships.

03 / Search & outreach

Help the right people find you

Build on a healthier website with useful content and focused outreach.

Current workflows, Bloomerang configuration, and grant eligibility still need review.

03 / What the audit tells us

A useful foundation.
Room to improve.

The audit identifies maintenance and content opportunities. It does not tell us how many donations or inquiries have been lost, or whether a particular program is underperforming.

Missing resources weaken the experience and make older material harder to use.Repair active service and giving journeys first, then resolve historical content in batches.
31 duplicate-title issues

Pages could describe their purpose more distinctly in search.Start with important indexable pages and shared templates. Treat descriptions as useful presentation, not a guaranteed ranking improvement.

Some useful information may be disconnected; some pages may not belong in discovery paths.Review purpose and value before linking, consolidating, or removing pages from the sitemap.
90 pages deeper than 3 clicksImportant information may take unnecessary effort to reach.Prioritize the depth of high-value service, referral, and giving pages rather than treating every archive page equally.

Read the findings in context

Useful evidence, existing strengths, and what still needs validation.

What is already in place

  • A stated Christian mission, dedicated program pages, and regular published content.
  • A dedicated foster inquiry form, plus topic and geography fields on the general contact form.
  • Online one-time and recurring giving through a Qgiv destination.
  • The report detected zero pages blocked for the listed AI/search bots. This does not establish indexing or AI visibility.

What the audit cannot establish

  • Actual inquiry quality, response times, donor retention, or donation conversion rates.
  • Existing form-routing rules, CRM mappings, or staff automation.
  • A complete accessibility assessment or real-user mobile speed.
  • Whether all flagged URLs are still broken today. Crawl findings require verification before changes.

The report shows 160 errors and 772 warnings; these are issue totals, not unique affected people or pages. Its 25 “broken” crawl results are a separate measure from the 22 4xx URLs. The AI Search Health score is a tool diagnostic, not a measure of being recommended by AI.
